外球面球軸承實(shí)際上是深溝球軸承的一種變型,特點(diǎn)是它的外圈外徑表面為球面可以配入軸承座相應(yīng)的凹球面內(nèi)起到調(diào)心的作用。主要用來承受以徑向負(fù)荷為主的徑向與軸向聯(lián)合負(fù)荷,一般不宜單獨(dú)承受軸向負(fù)荷,此種軸承可以分別安裝內(nèi)圈(帶全組滾子與保持器)和外圈。該種軸承軸向游隙的大小,對軸承能否正常工作關(guān)系很大,當(dāng)軸向游隙過小時(shí),溫升較高:軸向游隙較大時(shí),軸承容易損壞。故在安裝和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)要特別注意調(diào)整軸承的軸向游隙,必要時(shí)可以預(yù)過盈安裝,以增加軸承的剛。常用于采礦、冶金、農(nóng)業(yè)、化工、輸送等機(jī)械上。
